Micro-injection moulding is one of the most effective production processes for fabrication of plastic microfluidic chips with low cost, high efficiency and the capabilities for complex 3D geometries. 

 

Our team has 8 years of experience working on micro-injection moulding of polymeric micro/nano features. We use materials such as COC, COP, PMMA, PS, SI and glass. 

 

Our existing moulding process includes:

 

- Variotherm assisted injection moulding

- Vacuum venting 

- Process monitoring

Our devices are chemically bonded with a combination of thermal bonding and solvent bonding techniques.
